Terms & Conditions

Sales

  • All customers who purchase refrigerants from Refrigerants Inc. are required to present Refrigerants Inc. with their EPA Certification beforehand

  • Refrigerants Inc. will provide a cylinder to the customer for the purpose of filling with recovered refrigerant only

  • Cylinders are to be handled/filled by people with appropriate qualifications

  • Upon return of cylinder(s), customers will be charged a handling fee per cylinder

  • Customers acknowledges that all cylinders brought to Refrigerants Inc. need to be up to date (properly certified, not expired, etc.) or additional feels incurred

  • Customer agrees that the contents of each cylinder is known to them and each tank is filled with low, medium or high-pressure refrigerants (classified as non-flammable)

  • Cylinders / Equipment provided by Refrigerants Inc. remain the property/title of Refrigerants Inc. unless purchased outright

  • Customers who are renting cylinders will be charged a monthly fee (per cylinder) for each month the cylinder is kept, as well as a rental deposit (per cylinder) which is refundable upon the return of the cylinder to Refrigerants Inc. if it is returned in appropriate condition

  • While customers are in possession of cylinders owned by Refrigerants Inc. they will:

    • Only use cylinders for the purpose for which they were supplied

    • Be responsible for the safe custody and proper use of the cylinders/equipment

    • Be responsible for keeping each cylinder in proper condition, making the customer liable for any lost, damaged or defective cylinders

    • Not remove, cover, deface, alter or remove any aspects of cylinders

    • Use cylinders for storing appropriate gas types only

    • Regularly monitor each cylinder to be sure there are no leaks

  • Upon customer returning cylinder with refrigerant(s), they acknowledge that Refrigerants Inc. is now in ownership of the contents of each cylinder

  • Unless specifically documented, Refrigerants Inc. maintains all right and title to any and all environmental attributes that may be associated with the refrigerants being sold or otherwise transferred by Refrigerants Inc to Buyer

 

Limitations of Liability

YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ITS SUBSIDARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, OR ANY OTHER PARTIES INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, WILL BE HELD LIABE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PERSONAL DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, INJURIES, WRONGFUL DEATH, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF USE, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING FROM CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. THIS APPLIES EVEN IF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES WERE MADE KNOWN IN ADVANCE.
